Provider Management

Providers are the backbone of your scheduling system. Each provider has their own availability, blocked times, and appointment type assignments.

Adding Providers

Go to Providers and click Add Provider. You’ll set:

• Name — displayed to patients during booking
• Minimum Advance Hours — how far in advance patients must book (prevents last-minute bookings)

Active vs Inactive

Toggle a provider’s active status to temporarily remove them from the booking page without deleting their profile. Inactive providers:

• Don’t appear in the booking flow
• Retain their schedule and settings
• Can be reactivated at any time

Plan Limits

• Solo plan — 1 provider maximum
• Pro plan — 2 providers included, additional providers at $29/month each

Provider count changes automatically adjust your Stripe subscription. Adding a third provider on Pro immediately adds the extra charge (prorated).

Appointment Type Assignment

By default, providers offer all appointment types. To restrict this:

1. Open the provider’s settings
2. Go to the Appointment Types section
3. Select which types this provider offers
4. Leave empty to offer all types

This is useful when certain providers specialize (e.g., only one provider does cosmetic procedures).
