Customizing Your Booking Page

Make It Yours

Your booking page carries your clinic’s branding so patients feel confident they’re in the right place.

Branding Options

Go to Settings and scroll to the Branding section:

• Logo — rectangular image displayed in the booking page header. Recommended: PNG or SVG, at least 200px wide.
• Icon — square image used in smaller contexts. Recommended: square PNG, at least 64x64px.
• Welcome Message — a short greeting shown below your clinic name on the booking page (e.g., “Welcome! Book your appointment online.”)
• Color Scheme — choose from 8 curated color palettes that set your booking page’s accent color

Booking URL

Your booking page URL is based on your clinic slug: app.tirion.dev/book/your-clinic-slug

In Settings, you’ll find:

• The direct booking URL to share
• An embeddable HTML snippet for a “Book Now” button on your website
• A downloadable QR code (high-resolution PNG) for printed materials like business cards or flyers

Tip: Test your booking page on mobile. Most patients will book from their phone, so check that your logo and welcome message look good on smaller screens.
