How Provider Billing Works

The Pro plan includes 2 providers. Additional providers are billed at $29/month each, automatically managed through Stripe.

Automatic Adjustments

When you add or deactivate providers, your subscription updates automatically:

• Adding provider #3+ — $29/month added to your subscription immediately, prorated for the current billing period
• Deactivating a provider — the extra charge is removed, credit applied to your next invoice
• Reactivating a provider — the charge resumes

Example

Pro plan with 4 active providers:

• Base: $149/month
• Extra providers: 2 x $29 = $58/month
• Total: $207/month

If you deactivate one provider:

• Base: $149/month
• Extra providers: 1 x $29 = $29/month
• Total: $178/month

Solo Plan Limits

The Solo plan strictly enforces a 1-provider limit. You cannot add a second provider without upgrading to Pro. An upgrade prompt appears when you try.

Tip: Deactivating a provider is better than deleting them if the absence is temporary. Deactivated providers retain their schedules and settings, and reactivating is instant.
