Managing Your Subscription

Billing Management

All billing is handled through Stripe for secure payment processing.

Viewing Your Plan

Go to Settings and scroll to the Billing section. You’ll see:

  • Your current plan (Solo or Pro)
  • Monthly cost breakdown (base price + extra providers)
  • Trial status and days remaining (if applicable)

Stripe Customer Portal

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View invoice history
  • Download receipts
  • Cancel your subscription

Provider Metering

On the Pro plan, provider charges adjust automatically:

  • Adding a 3rd+ provider immediately adds $29/month (prorated)
  • Deactivating a provider reduces the charge on the next billing cycle
  • The dashboard shows your current provider count and cost

After Trial Expires

If your trial expires without a subscription:

  • Your dashboard remains accessible
  • Your booking page shows a dormant state (clinic name and phone only)
  • No data is deleted
  • Subscribe at any time to restore full functionality
