Managing Your Subscription
Billing Management
All billing is handled through Stripe for secure payment processing.
Viewing Your Plan
Go to Settings and scroll to the Billing section. You’ll see:
- Your current plan (Solo or Pro)
- Monthly cost breakdown (base price + extra providers)
- Trial status and days remaining (if applicable)
Stripe Customer Portal
Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- Update your payment method
- View invoice history
- Download receipts
- Cancel your subscription
Provider Metering
On the Pro plan, provider charges adjust automatically:
- Adding a 3rd+ provider immediately adds $29/month (prorated)
- Deactivating a provider reduces the charge on the next billing cycle
- The dashboard shows your current provider count and cost
After Trial Expires
If your trial expires without a subscription:
- Your dashboard remains accessible
- Your booking page shows a dormant state (clinic name and phone only)
- No data is deleted
- Subscribe at any time to restore full functionality
